Michael Sanders is a Certified Behavioral Consultant and Relational Awareness Trainer. He holds degrees in Psychology, Theology and History. Michael has made a life study of leadership and followership drawing from his three fields of academic study as well as the popular writing in these areas.
Michael has served as a Certified Police Trainer with several Police Academies including the Atlanta Police Academy. He has also designed, developed and led organizations like A Friends House, an outreach to homeless men that provided the resources, training and support they needed to rejoin society. He also served as a Psycho-Educator with Charter Behavioral Health Systems providing treatment coaching and skills training.
Michael has worked as a coach to other consultants helping them develop their insights and skills. He has also worked with governmental agencies and departments helping them better define their Core Values and designing the methodologies for implementing and monitoring their progress. Other clients include new businesses, established businesses, churches, civic groups, couples, partnerships and families.

Michael lives with his wife Patti in Greensboro, NC. His hobbies include photography, competitive marksmanship and writing poetry. Michaels also serves as Chairman of the Professional Ethics Review Committee of the International Association of Coaches.
